Happy Campers at the Clarendon Hills Park District

Camp Imagination and Camp MVP Have Openings In Sessions II-IV

It's not too late for your child to enjoy part of the upcoming summer as a "happy camper" at the Clarendon Hills Park District. Camp Imagination and Camp MVP, two fun-filled programs for boys and girls entering grades kindergarten through fifth grades in the fall, To add to the excitement, both of these camps have new, extended hours and flexible enrollment policies for 2016. Available openings for both programs are in Session II, which meets from June 27-July 7; Session III, which meets from July 11-July 21; and Session IV, which will cap off the summer with camping programs set for July 25-August 4. Camp Imagination meets from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays, at the Clarendon Hills Middle School and offers a new themed activity for each camp day. Participants enjoy water days, dress up days, guest entertainers, crafts, games, nature exploration and silly camp songs. For the very first time, campers will bring a non-refrigerated sack lunch and beverage from home! Camp MVP is designed for young athletes and sports lovers interested in playing baseball, basketball,soccer, floor hockey, and flag tag throughout the summer. There will even be time set aside for some track and field events! This camp also has extended hours in 2016 and will meet from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays at the Clarendon Hills Middle School. Please visit the Clarendon Hills Park District Community Center, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, to register for a camp activity. Session II fees are $136.00 for Clarendon Hills residents attending Camp Imagination and $117.00 for Clarendon Hills residents enjoying Camp MVP. Session III and !V fees for Camp Imagination are $156.00 per session for Clarendon Hills residents. Camp MVP fees are $134.00 per session for residents enjoying this all-star camp.
