Hinsdale Central Climbs Chicago Tribune, Sun-Times Rankings After Close Loss to Glenbard West

The Red Devils went from No. 20 to No. 15; they face rival Lyons Township Friday night.

Hinsdale Central football suffered its first loss of the season Friday, but it might have been the team's best performance.

After giving No. 4 Glenbard West all it could handle in a 28-23 loss, the Red Devils (3-1) jumped five spots to No. 15 in the latest Chicago Tribune rankings put together by Mike Helfgot and released Saturday night.

Hinsdale Central had been ranked No. 20 by Hefgot for the last three weeks.
