Hinsdale Central Seeks Intern Opportunities
Mentors are being sought in a variety of fields. The program helps students choose careers, school says.

HINSDALE, IL — Hinsdale Central High School's Career Internship Program is looking for mentors who are interested in providing students with opportunities for real-world experience that will help them choose careers, the school said in a news release.
The program is seeking placements for the summer or the 2020-21 school year or both, in which students serving in internship capacities will have the chance to work 40 to 60 hours outside of the school day in their field of choice, the release said. Internships will not be paid, and students must complete an interview before taking a position. The program is seeking mentors in a variety of fields, according to the release. Among those fields are accounting, business, finance, healthcare, law, marketing, medical research, medicine, physical therapy, real estate and veterinary medicine.
