Hinsdale Chamber Announces 2018 Events

HINSDALE, IL — The Hinsdale Chamber of Commerce hosts and takes part in several events in the community during the year. The organization recently posted a schedule of events on their website.

This year, residents can look forward to the following events:

• Hinsdale Fine Arts Festival - June 9-10. The festival features 125 juried artists in Burlington Park for an art show. There is also music, children's activities and giveaways.
• Uniquely Thursdays - June 14 - Aug. 16. Live music is played every Thursday evening in Burlington Park. There are also food vendors and giveaways.
• Farmer's Market - June 4 - Oct. 8. The farmer's market is held every Monday in Burlington Park.
• Sidewalk Sale - July 13-14. Items will be for sale on the sidewalk in front of participating businesses.
• Merchants Garage Sale - Sept. 15. A garage sale held in the Public Works Garage and open to the general public.
• Hinsdale Fall Festival - Oct. 20. Halloween fun hosted in downtown Hinsdale and Burlington Park.
• Christmas Walk - Nov. 30. Stores celebrate the holiday season, and there will be a carousel, train, ice carvers and more.
