Hinsdale Charges 2 With Domestic Battery
In another case, a Hinsdale man was accused of violating a no-stalking order.

HINSDALE, IL – In the last few days, Hinsdale police handled cases involving domestic battery, a violation of a no-contact order and DUIs. Here is information from the latest Hinsdale police reports:
Domestic battery
- An 18-year-old Hinsdale man who lives in the 100 block of South Adams Street was arrested about 1 p.m. Thursday on a domestic battery charge. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
- A 40-year-old Joliet woman was arrested about 5 p.m. Sept. 21 in the 100 block of East Ogden Avenue on a domestic battery charge. She was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

- A 37-year-old Hinsdale man who lives in the 600 block of The Lane was arrested about 7:30 a.m. Sept. 23 on a charge of violating a stalking no-contact order. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
DUI
- A 27-year-old La Grange woman was arrested about 4 a.m. Saturday at 55th Street and Woodland Drive on charges of DUI and speeding. She submitted to testing that indicated she was over the legal limit. She was released and given a date to appear in court.
- A 34-year-old Merrillville, Indiana, man was arrested about 11 p.m. Sunday at 55th Street and Grand Avenue on charges of DUI, speeding, having only one headlight and transporting open alcohol by the driver. He submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
