Hinsdale Cops Chase 4 Drivers Of Stolen Cars: Police
Suspects are targeting unlocked cars with key fobs inside, authorities said.

HINSDALE, IL – Hinsdale police "made contact" with four stolen cars Thursday in the 10 block of North Grant Street, according to a news release.
The drivers sped away east, with officers chasing them, police said. The pursuit ended as it entered La Grange on 47th Street. The chase started shortly before 5 a.m.
In the last two weeks, police in the western suburbs have reported a rash of overnight car thefts, according to the news release. The suspects are targeting unlocked cars with their key fobs inside, police said.

"Although Hinsdale has not lost any vehicles in this recent spree, we want residents to know that offenders are clearly attempting to work the neighborhoods in our area to find cars to steal," police said in the news release. "Don’t give them the opportunity."
