Hinsdale Cops Nab 2 On Drunk Driving Charges

In another case, someone used a resident's identity to open a credit card and make fraudulent charges, police said.

HINSDALE, IL – Hinsdale police released their weekly blotter Wednesday. Here is information from the reports:

DUI

  • A 43-year-old Willowbrook man was arrested about 1 a.m. Friday at Route 83 and 55th Street on charges of DUI, improper lane use and driving an uninsured car. Police said he submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
  • A 30-year-old Downers Grove man was arrested shortly after midnight Saturday in the 400 block of East Ogden Avenue on charges of DUI and speeding. Police said he submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit. He was released and given a date to appear in court.

  • A resident in the 100 block of East 58th Street told police that over the last month, someone had used the resident's identity to open a credit card account and make fraudulent charges.
