Hinsdale Home Burglarized; Bedrooms Ransacked

HINSDALE, IL – A Hinsdale house was burglarized during the late afternoon or early evening Friday, police said.

Someone forced entry into the house in the 600 block of Phillippa Street, near Fuller Road, and ransacked upstairs bedrooms, targeting jewelry, police said.

"We ask residents to be vigilant and call if they see suspicious persons or vehicles in their neighborhood," Hinsdale police said in a statement.

Police said they are investigating.
