HINSDALE, IL – Hinsdale police released their latest blotter Tuesday. Here is information from the reports:

Fraud

  • Police were told that a resident in the 800 block of South Jackson Street paid for cleaning services using fraudulent checks on May 3 and May 5. The victim filed a report more than a week later. The case is pending.

  • A suspect was seen on surveillance video stealing an antique planter from a yard about 7 p.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of South Clay Street. The case is pending.

DUI

  • A 37-year-old Berwyn woman was arrested about 11:30 p.m. May 12 in the 400 block of East Ogden Avenue on charges of DUI, unlawful display of registration and driving with a suspended license. Police said the woman was driving a car with a fictitious temporary license plate. She refused testing to determine her blood-alcohol content. She was given a court date and then released.
