Hinsdale Man Accused of DUI After Crash: Cops
He refused to take a blood-alcohol test, according to a police report.
HINSDALE, IL – Hinsdale police released its latest arrest blotter Tuesday. Here is information from the reports:
- Mohammed M. Ghouse, 47, of Hinsdale, was arrested about 8:30 p.m. Nov. 23 in the 700 block of South Garfield Avenue on charges of DUI and failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash. Ghouse refused testing to determine his blood-alcohol content. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
- Jorge Luis Chavez, 42, of Melrose Park, was arrested about 6:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of West Ogden Avenue on a Rosemont Police Department warrant. Rosemont police took him into custody. Hinsdale police came into contact with Chavez after an accident. He faces no local charges.
- Priscilla S. Johnson, 31, of Bolingbrook, was cited about 11:30 p.m. Sunday at Interstate 294 and Ogden Avenue on charges of driving with a suspended license and transportation of open alcohol by a driver. An open bottle of beer was found in the car. She was released and given a date to appear in court. Her passenger, Arnold E. Zavala, 31, of Bolingbrook, was arrested on a Will County Sheriff’s Office warrant. He faces no local charges. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail for warrant service.
