Hinsdale Man Crashes Into 2 Cars Before Arrest: Cops
The man was charged with DUI and refused to comply with a warrant, police said.

HINSDALE, IL – Hinsdale police released their latest blotter Tuesday. Here is information from the reports:
- A 64-year-old Hinsdale man who lives in the 10 block of Princeton Road was arrested about 11:30 p.m. Thursday in the 400 block of East Third Street on charges of DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, failure to give information after damaging an unattended vehicle and obstructing an officer. Police said the man crashed into two cars in the street. He refused testing to determine his blood-alcohol content and refused to comply with a warrant for blood and urine samples. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
- A 46-year-old Woodridge man was arrested about 1 a.m. Wednesday on charges of DUI, fleeing or attempting to elude police, and speeding. He was spotted speeding in the 400 block of East Ogden Avenue, but fled. He was found in the 400 block of West Traube Avenue in Clarendon Hills, which is 2½ miles away. He submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
- A 31-year-old Chicago man was arrested about 6:30 a.m. Friday at Ogden Avenue and Lincoln Street on charges of having no valid driver's license, failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving an uninsured car. Police said the man crashed into a car and then fled. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
