Hinsdale Man, Woman Charged With Domestic Battery

In both cases, they were taken to the DuPage County Jail

HINSDALE, IL – Hinsdale police released their latest blotter Tuesday. Here is information from the reports:

Domestic battery

  • A 66-year-old Hinsdale man who lives in the 10 block of Charleston Road was arrested about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at his house on a domestic battery charge. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
  • A 26-year-old woman who lives in the 400 block of South Jackson Street was arrested about 9 a.m. Friday at her house on a domestic battery charge. She was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

  • A resident in the 800 block of Radcliffe Way told police that someone intercepted a check that was placed in the collection box at the post office. The suspect altered the check and tried to withdraw money. The victim filed the report Thursday.
