Hinsdale Middle School Groundbreaking Hosted By District 181

The groundbreaking will be held Aug. 14.

HINSDALE, IL — The community is invited to attend a groundbreaking ceremony at Hinsdale Middle School on Monday, Aug. 14. According to a release from the district, the event starts at 12 p.m. at the school. The event will include a performance by student musicians, remarks from school leaders and the dedication of a surprise piece of school history.

"We look forward to this opportunity to thank our District 181 community and come together in celebration," Superintendent Dr. Don White said in a release.

The event will conclude with a ceremonial groundbreaking, according to a release.

"When we put the ceremonial shovel in the ground, that will be a moment we share with every resident of the
District, every employee of the District, our business neighbors, volunteers, and project partners. It is together that we are able to provide a new, high quality learning environment for students," White said in a release.
