Hinsdale Police Report Thanksgiving Enforcement Numbers
The department said during the enforcement campaign, it issued three citations for DUI-alcohol.
HINSDALE, IL — Hinsdale Police participated in the "Drive Sober Or Get Pulled Over" campaign that ran from Nov. 17 to Nov. 27, and cracked down on impaired drivers. The department said during the enforcement campaign it issued three citations for DUI-alcohol.
According to the department, several more citations were issued, including: one illegal transportation of alcohol, one possession of a concealed firearm while intoxicated, eight speeding citations, three Illinois Vehicle Code violations, four seat belt violations and 10 warning citations for various violations to the Illinois Vehicle Code.
This mobilization was provided by grant funding through the Illinois Department of Transportation Division of Traffic Safety
