Every year, the Darien Lions Club helps local families in need during the holiday season by delivering a holiday meal and gifts for young children.

Many of the families speak Spanish, and the Lions requested help from upper-level Spanish students to make calls to confirm addresses, contact information, and details regarding the ages and sex of the children to ensure appropriate gifts.
