Hinsdale Woman Among DUI Suspects: Cops

Local police charge two people with DUI on the same day, according to reports.

HINSDALE, IL — Hinsdale police arrested two people on DUI charges Saturday. Here is information from the reports:

  • Cheryl Ann Kinander, 72, of Hinsdale, was arrested about 8:30 p.m. Saturday at 56th and Madison streets on charges of DUI, improper lane use and disobeying a stop sign. She submitted to testing that indicated she was over the legal limit. She was released and given a date to appear in court.
  • Fabian Padilla, 21, of Chicago, was arrested about 1 a.m. Saturday at Ogden and Forest avenues on charges of DUI, no valid driver's license, operating an uninsured vehicle and improper lane use. Padilla submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
