Hinsdale Woman's Contractor Disappears: Cops
The job was half done, while the contractor has not returned calls or supplies, police said.

HINSDALE, IL – Hinsdale police released their latest blotter Tuesday. Here is information from the reports:
Theft
- A resident in the 900 block of South Madison Street hired a contractor for a project. She told police the job was half done. The contractor has not returned calls and failed to bring back cabinet doors, hardware and paint. The resident filed her report last week. Police listed the case as theft.

- A 20-year-old man from Oak Lawn was cited about 6:30 p.m. May 30 at Katherine Legge Park, 5901 S County Line Road, on a charge of underage drinking. Officers were called to the park about drunk people. The 20-year-old was in a car leaving the park; the driver was stopped for speeding and improper lane use. The 20-year-old was released and given a date to appear in court.
Violation of bond
- A suspect violated the conditions of his bail bond about 9:30 p.m. May 30 in the 10 block of South Thurlow Street. The bond was for a domestic battery arrest. Police obtained an arrest warrant for the suspect.
DUI

- Saul C. Calderon, 32, of Kankakee was arrested about 4:30 a.m. Saturday at York Road and Ogden Avenue on charges of DUI, disobeying a traffic control device and improper lane use. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
