CHICAGO, IL, September 12, 2014 – Gozdecki, Del Giudice, Americus, Farkas & Brocato LLP is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Joseph B. Brocato to its accomplished firm in Chicago. Mr. Brocato previously served as a partner with Pedersen & Houpt, P.C.

Mr. Brocato has joined the firm as a name partner and brings to the team more than twenty years of experience handling a full spectrum of complex real estate and commercial transactions for clients across multiple industries. His real estate expertise includes negotiating and preparing contracts for acquisitions, dispositions and development projects, as well as leases for office, retail, industrial, and other commercial real estate owners, developers, and tenants. He has extensive experience providing counsel on transactions for facilities ranging from office buildings and corporate headquarters to shopping centers and industrial sites.

Mr. Brocato also provides strategic, targeted counsel on matters relating to the governance and successful operation of business entities. Brocato has taken the lead role in numerous sophisticated commercial transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, the negotiation of financing documents, and the performance of all relevant due diligence.
