Hit And Run Driver Gave Expired Insurance Card: Cops

Hit And Run
An unknown suspect hit the victim's parked vehicle while he was at a gas pump at Shell, 210 E. Ogden Ave. at 9:25 a.m. on April 21. Suspect gave the victim an expired insurance card and exited the parking lot. Victim described suspect as an African American male with a beard wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and a red baseball cap driving a white Buick LaCrosse.

DUI
Eamon P. Moran, 22, of the 500 block of Justina Street was charged with DUI-alcohol, DUI > .08, improper lane use and operating an uninsured vehicle after a stop at Bob O Link and Justina at 2:24 a.m. on April 21. Suspect submitted testing that indicated he was over the legal limit.

Underage Alcohol Consumption
An 18-year-old boy and 18-year-old girl were both charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a person under 21 at 12:10 a.m. on April 21 at 3rd and Elm streets. Police were dispatched to a report of a group of kids in the middle of the street.
