Holiday Open Gyms at the Clarendon Hills Park District

Dribble on Down: Programs for Hoopsters in Grades 1-8

Dribble on down to the Clarendon Hills Park District over the upcoming winter break for seven days of Holiday Open Gyms. Basketball players in Grades 1-8 will be happy to know that they can find a pick up game of basketball or practice their free throw shooting skills on December 22, December 27-December 29, and January 3-6. Younger players in grades 1-3 can enjoy this activity between 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. at Prospect School. Players in Grades 4-8 can join in the fun between noon and 1:30 p.m. at the Clarendon Hills Middle School Gym. (Please enter through the Clarendon Hills Park District entrance, 315 E. Chicago Avenue, for sessions set at the middle school.) There is a $3.00 fee per session per player, payable at the door. All hoopsters are reminded to bring a well-marked basketball to each program. The holiday open gyms will be supervised by members of the Clarendon Hills Park District staff.
