CLARENDON HILLS, IL – Clarendon Hills is considering plans for new housing at two places in the village.

The village's Plan Commission is set to look at the plans at its Feb. 1 meeting.

The owner of Prospect Station at 4 Walker Ave. is asking for a permit to allow existing office space to be converted into three multifamily units.

In the second case, Tranquility Builders is requesting the commission look at its concept for 421 Park Ave., where it is proposing six townhomes. That is the same space where Clarendon Chiropractic is.

The village has provided no other information on the proposals with the commission's meeting agenda.
