Infiniti With Keys Inside Stolen In Hinsdale: Police

HINSDALE, IL — A thief's job was relatively easy in Hinsdale the other day. An unlocked Infiniti QX80 with the keys inside was stolen from a driveway Friday in the 400 block of North Quincy Street, according to a police report. It was believed to have happened at 2:30 a.m.

This type of crime is not uncommon. Just last week, a 2019 Audi Q8 with the keys inside was stolen from a garage in La Grange, police said. That was made possible because a garage door opener was found inside a Mercedes parked outside.

Police urge people to lock their car doors and not leave their keys inside.
