Jump-Start Your Health!

Elyse Wagner, owner of My Kitchen Shrink Inc., invites you to join “Jump-Start Your Path to Health,” beginning Friday, September 13th. Jump-Start Your Path to Health is an eight-day immersion live on-line program offering knowledge and skills to jump
start your health.
The online program will offer three 45-minute coaching calls with daily ten-minute nourishing check-in calls.  All calls will be recorded for the participants’ convenience and use after the program.

Wagner, a health educator and wellness coach is passionate about offering individuals the tools to take their health into their own hands on a daily basis.  She
explained why this program is life-changing, “Health and wellness are words that everyone is hearing about; but many just don’t know what to do and end up not doing anything. Jump-start is not about starting a new diet, a new work-out regime or new anything for that matter. Jump-starting is learning how to move from feeling undeserving, worthless and icky to gaining your power back, feeling free, and knowing that your worth, dreams and health are absolutely possible,” Wagner said.

The Jump-Start Your Health
lineup is going to be jammed-pack with information. Each call will be live and will include real-time tools to help you implement and reach a new level of
understanding about health and how it is at the center of everything you do. Coaching calls will also include downloadable worksheets, helpful tips and a
15-minute question and answer time.  Get three health boost tips plus an opportunity to be on a live coaching call until the immersion class begins to
get a taste of what to expect.  For more information about Jump-Start Your Health,
