Just Doesn't Add Up

For many of us support staff who are underpaid and under appreciated one of the reasons that we continue working at Hinsdale District 86 are the great health insurance benefits.  Now there are rumors that they may take away those benefits or greatly increase our share of the premium cost. For a district that has a minimum of $26 million dollars in surplus, why do they want to cut corners with the very people who care for the students? It just doesn’t add up.
