Loud Party, DUI: Hinsdale Cops

Local officers found damage to fences after responding to a call about a loud party, according to a report.

HINSDALE, IL – Hinsdale police released their latest blotter Wednesday. Here is information from the reports:

  • Officers were called to a loud party about 9 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of East Chicago Avenue. They saw damage to fences in two yards in the block.
  • Jose Soto, 31, of Melrose Park, was arrested about 11 p.m. May 17 in the 500 block of West 55th Street on a charge of DUI. Police said an officer saw Soto's car broken down. He refused testing to determine his blood-alcohol content. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
  • A catalytic converter was stolen between 6:45 a.m. and 7:15 p.m. May 13 from a car in the Hinsdale hospital's parking garage, 120 N. Oak St. The theft was reported three days later.
