Man Arrested In Hinsdale Armed Robbery: Police
The 29-year-old was out on bond for a previous holdup in Wheaton, authorities said. He is now being held without bond.

HINSDALE, IL – A Chicago man was arrested in connection with Thursday's armed robbery of a Hinsdale store, authorities said Saturday. He is being held without bond.
Stephon Little, 29, was out on bond for a previous armed robbery of a Wheaton Sprint store, police said. In the Hinsdale incident, he was charged with two counts of armed robbery and one count of possession of a stolen motor vehicle. He is also known as Isa Al Ahad.
Shortly before 8 p.m. Thursday, an employee at the Verizon Wireless store was closing for the night. After turning off the lights and locking the front door, the employee sat down at a desk when a man, later identified as Little, masked and armed with a handgun, entered through a back door, according to a news release from the DuPage County State's Attorney Office.

Little told the employee "come on" a number of times, saying he wanted merchandise from the store, the news release said. He forced the employee at gunpoint to load 60 Apple products into a bag, including iPhones, iPads and Apple watches, police said.
Little told the employee to go to a bathroom and wait five minutes before leaving, the news release said. After Little left, the employee called Hinsdale police.

With the help of a state police plane, authorities tracked Little to Ford Heights, where Little was arrested without any problems, police said.
With a search warrant of Little's car, officers found a .45-caliber handgun with one bullet in the chamber, according to the news release.
"Once again, with the denial of bond for a violent crime allegedly committed in DuPage County, the message is simple, if you commit this type of violent crime in DuPage County, you will be caught, charged and face serious consequences," States's Attorney Robert Berlin said in the release.
