Man Crashes In Hinsdale, Charged With DUI: Cops

The Western Springs man refused testing to determine his blood-alcohol content, police said.

HINSDALE, IL – Hinsdale police released their latest blotter Tuesday. Here is information from the reports:

DUI

  • A 59-year-old Western Springs man was arrested about 12:30 a.m. Sunday at Hinsdale Avenue and Adams Street on charges of DUI and failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident. An officer was called to a report of a disabled vehicle. Police said the man refused testing to determine his blood-alcohol content. He was given a court date and then released.
  • A 28-year-old Bolingbrook man was arrested about 7 a.m. Sunday at Route 83 and Chicago Avenue on charges of DUI, driving with a revoked license and driving an uninsured car. Police said he submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit. He was given a court date and then released.
