Man Exposes Himself, DUIs: Hinsdale Police Reports

Editor's note: One person's name has been removed from this report, as the charges against them have been expunged.

The following items were taken from the Hinsdale police blotter. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

DUI

• Carlos Blanco, 41, of the 5500 block of South Madison Street, was arrested at 2 a.m. Dec. 22 for DUI-alcohol, speeding and improper lane use.
• [Name removed] was arrested at 11:29 p.m. Dec. 20 at 55th Street and Park Avenue for speeding and operating an uninsured vehicle.
• Darren Baker, 46, of the 700 block of West North Street, was arrested at 5:46 p.m. Dec. 21 for DUI-alcohol, disobeying traffic control device and operating an uninsured vehicle.

Public Indecency

• The victim reported than a man was driving in a car next to hers and had his genitals exposed at 1:44 p.m. Dec. 18 at 55th Street and County Line Road. The suspect was described as a white male, approximately 50 years old, with blondish/gray short hair and a scruffy beard wearing a brown jacket. He was driving a white, older model, four-door vehicle.
