Munchkin Masterpieces: Big Projects for Little Hands
Parent-Child Art Class at the Clarendon Hills Park District
Tiny hands often need big projects to keep busy and occupied during the long, cold months of winter. The Clarendon Hills Park District is still accepting "Munchkin Masterpieces," a Thursday morning parent-child art class for toddlers and preschoolers, 2 1/2 to 3 years of age. All classes meet between 9:00 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. at the Community Center, 315 E. Chicago, January 25-March 1. Popular instructor Maria Tobin will explore concepts related to color, shape and texture, with a fun craft project introduced each week. There will also be time at each class to read a story, heaer some music or enjoy a finger play! Please dress to get messy! This program has a $60.00 per couple resident fee. ($75.00 non-residents) Advance registration at the Community Center is required.
