CiNe Modern Taqueria, located in the heart of downtown Hinsdale, will welcome New Year’s Eve celebrants for dinner and drinks on Wednesday, December 31. Dining guests may choose to enjoy the regular dinner menu, or a four course prix fixe menu by Chef Luis Mendoza (Roasted Fennel and Russet Potato Serrano Cream Soup; Empanada de Tuna; choice of Duck Confit and Mole or CiNe Beef Wellington; choice of dessert). The menu ($60 per person) includes a CiNe Margarita or flute of champagne. The New Year’s Eve specials may also be ordered a la carte.
