Nursing Home Forgery, Fraud: Hinsdale Cops
Person at ManorCare reports forgery of $2,300 from checking account, report says.
HINSDALE, IL — Hinsdale police released their latest blotter Wednesday. Here is information from the reports:
Nursing home forgery
- A person at ManorCare of Hinsdale, 600 W. Ogden Ave., told police Sunday that someone forged two checks totaling $2,300 using the victim's checking account. The case is pending.

- A resident in the 800 block of Wilson Lane told police Thursday that someone accessed the resident's account and withdrew airline mileage benefits.
Fugitive from justice
- Randle J. May, 34, of West Allis, Wisconsin, was arrested shortly before midnight Aug. 3 in the 400 block of East Walnut Street on charges of being a fugitive from justice, driving with a suspended license and driving without a license plate light. He had an arrest warrant from Racine County, Wisconsin. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

- Corey C. MIles, 38, of Milwaukee, was arrested about 1:30 a.m. Friday at Route 83 and Chicago Avenue on charges of DUI and transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver. He submitted to testing that indicated that he was over the legal limit. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
- Margaret A. Palacios, 57, of Chicago, was arrested about 4:30 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block of North Monroe Street on charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, illegal stopping, standing or parking where prohibited, and possession of open alcohol by a driver. She submitted to testing that indicated she was over the legal limit. She was released and given a date to appear in court.
Driving violations
- Daniel D. Moore, 31, of Chicago, was cited about 3 p.m. Aug. 3 at Ogden Avenue and Interstate 294 on charges of driving with a suspended license, speeding and unlawful possession of marijuana by a driver. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
