Open Bubble Play Hosted By Hinsdale Parks And Recreation

HINSDALE, IL — If you've been wanting to try out Bubble Soccer, a new activity where you get into a giant blown-up ball, now is your chance. The Hinsdale Parks and Recreation Department is holding a Knockerball Chicago: Bubble Open Play. According to their brochure, the event will take place from 3 to 5 p.m. Sept. 23 at Burns Field.

Pre-registration is $20 and on-site registration is $25. The department will organize 5-10 minute games on-site with appropriate age groups. According to the department, this event is meant for kids ages 7-15. The rain date for the event will be Sept. 30.

If you can't attend the Sept. 23 event, there will be another Bubble Open Play on Sunday, Oct. 8.
