The following items were taken from the Hinsdale police blotter. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Possession of cannabis

  • Joshua Bernier, 21, of La Grange, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. Nov. 27 at Woodland and County Line Road for possession of cannabis (misdemeanor charge).

Theft

  • Comcast reported an extension ladder missing from a truck parked in the 0-100 block of Sharon Court sometime between 2 and 3:15 p.m. Nov. 26. Ladder valued at $350.
  • Packages were stolen from a porch in the 200 block of North Park Avenue at 3:30 p.m. Nov. 19. Package had gift cards totaling $750.
