Pedestrian Killed In Westmont Collision: Cops
The man was seen crossing the street outside a crosswalk, police said.
WESTMONT, IL – A pedestrian was killed Tuesday night in Westmont after he was struck by a car, police said.
Daniel Fitzmaurice, 65, died shortly after he went to Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, police said. His address is unknown.
According to a Westmont police news release, Fitzmaurice was seen crossing the street outside a crosswalk about 8:30 p.m. in the 300 block of East Ogden Avenue.

The crash remains under investigation, police said.
