Pedestrian Unresponsive In Road, Stolen Car: Hinsdale Police Reports
Hinsdale Police reports through Oct. 24.

The following items were taken from the Hinsdale police blotter. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Battery
- Don Lee Walters, 54, of Lisle, was arrested at 2:34 p.m. Oct. 17 at Hinsdale Hospital, 120 N. Oak St., for battery.

- Victim lost her necklace while at Walgreens, 15 Grant Square, at 8 a.m. Oct. 9. The necklace had been found at the store, but then employees could not find it. Loss of $1,200 to $1,300.
Hit And Run
- A pedestrian was located laying in the roadway unresponsive and breathing at 11:07 p.m. Oct. 17 at Odgen and Elm. The victim was transported to the hospital, and the case is pending.
Motor Vehicle Theft

- A 2015 Volkswagen Touareg was stolen from the 400 block of East Ninth Street sometime between 10 p.m. Oct. 19 and 5:25 a.m. Oct. 20. The keys were left in the unlocked vehicle, and the victim's purse was also in the vehicle and she reported unauthorized charges attempted on her card.
