Possession Of Heroin, Residential Burglary: Hinsdale Arrests

The following items were taken from the Hinsdale police blotter. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
DUI

- Eric Schmidt, 44, of Lemont, was arrested at 11:34 p.m. at Route 83 and 63rd Street for DUI-alcohol, improper lane use and speeding.
- Janet Lewis, 35, of Des Plaines, was arrested at 12:53 a.m. May 20 at Route 83 and Ogden for DUI-alcohol and improper lane use.
Aggravated Unlawful Use Of Weapon
- Jacob Streichmann, 22, of Downers Grove, was arrested at 1:12 a.m. May 17 at Ogden and Madison Street for possession of controlled substance (heroin), aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, possession of cannabis over 30 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to signal when required. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.
Domestic Battery

- Edgar Olaquez, 20, of Lyons, was arrested at 5:37 p.m. May 17 in the 200 block of West Ogden for two counts of domestic battery. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.
Residential Burglary
- Jeffrey Levin, 59, of Marion, was arrested at 11:51 a.m. May 15 in the 5600 block of South Oak for residential burglary, battery and resisting a peace officer. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.
