'School News' Not A District 86 Publication
Hinsdale Township High School District 86 released a statement about the matter on Thursday.

HINSDALE, IL - Hinsdale Township High School District 86 sent out a notice today indicating that they were not behind a paper that was sent out to residents in the District this week. The "Hinsdale School News" was not a publication of the district, which in a statement claims that whoever sent out the material did not have authorization to use the District name and logo.
Here's the statement the district sent out in full:
We are writing to let you know that District 86 did not produce the “Hinsdale School News” paper that was distributed and mailed to residents of District 86 over the past week. District 86 does not know who published it. Because the entity publishing the paper did not identify itself, the unauthorized use of the District 86 name and logo may confuse people into thinking that District 86 produced it or sent it. We did not.
