Something to Gobble About: Turkey Shoot Out in Clarendon Hills

November 17 Registration Deadline for Upcoming Event

Friday, November 17 is the final day to register for the Clarendon Hills Park District's Nov. 22 Turkey Shoot Out at Prospect School. This event is free of charge - please register by 5 p.m. today at the Community Center, 315 E. Chicago Avenue. The Turkey Shoot Out gives parent-child teams the opportunity to earn prizes in a free throw shooting contest which will be held at Prospect School. The event begins at 9:30 a.m., with competition for children ages 8 and under. Nine and ten-year-olds and their parents will join in the fun at 10 a.m., with the competition concluding at 10:30 a.m. with a contest for tweens and teens ages 11-14. What a way to enjoy the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday and a day off from school! For information, please call 630-323-2626.
