Jewelry Stolen, Possession Of Heroin: Hinsdale Police Reports
Hinsdale Police reports through Dec. 12.

The following items were taken from the Hinsdale police blotter. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Domestic Battery
- Curtis Eshghy, 31, of the 5600 block of South Washington, was arrested at 7:35 p.m. Dec. 6 in the 5600 block of South Washington for domestic battery. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.
Residential Burglary

- Jewelry was reported missing from the victim's bedroom drawer in the 400 block of Glendale sometime between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Dec. 8. There were no signs of forced entry, but it was reported that the front door was left unlocked. The value of the jewelry is estimated between $3,000 and $4,000.
Possession of Controlled Substance
- Brandon Colburn, 30, of Big Rock, was arrested at 1:46 p.m. Dec. 8 at Washington and Ayres for possession of controlled substance (heroin), possession of drug equipment and DUI-drugs. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.
DUI

- Elizabeth Cushing, 24, of Naperville, was arrested at 1:36 a.m. Dec. 8 in the 400 block of East Ogden for DUI-alcohol, speeding and failure to signal when required.
- Juan Zamarripa, 39, of Hanover Park, was arrested at 1:21 a.m. Dec. 11 at Route 83 and Ogden for felony aggravated DUI-alcohol, speeding, improper lane use, driving while license revoked and operation of uninsured vehicle. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.
- Francisco Salgado-Carachure, 31, of Cicero, was arrested at 10:59 p.m. Dec. 8 at Ogden and Madison for DUI and improper lane use.
