DUI
- Juan Aguirre-Torres, 32, of Chicago, was arrested at 10:31 p.m. Feb. 2 at Route 83 and 55th Street and charged with DUI-alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol and operating an uninsured vehicle.
Theft

- Various items of clothing was reported missing from a home in the 400 block of West North Street sometime between Oct. 15 and Jan. 20. The victim had a worker at her house during the time the clothing went missing.
- A student at Hinsdale Middle School reported his cell phone missing from his unlocked locker sometime between 8:20 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. Feb. 4. Loss is valued at $300.
- A cell phone was stolen sometime between 8:15 and 8:45 a.m. Feb. 4 after the victim set in on a counter at Dunkin Donuts, 150 E. Ogden Ave.
Possession of cannabis
- Vygantas Palevicius, 25, of Lockport, was arrested at 4 p.m. Feb. 4 in the 700 block of South Grant and charged with possession of cannabis 30-100 grams, and a stop sign violation.
Burglary to vehicle

- A rear passenger window was smashed and the car was rummaged through sometime between 6:54 p.m. Feb. 3 and 1:25 a.m. Feb. 4 at RML Specialty Hospital parking lot, 5601 S. County Line Road.
