Tire Punctured, Criminal Trespassing: Hinsdale Blotter
Hinsdale Police reports through Aug. 8.

The following items were taken from the Hinsdale police blotter. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Violation of Order of Protection
- Patrick Wallach, 25, was arrested at 12:25 p.m. Aug. 3 in the 100 block of South Clay for violation of order of protection, criminal trespass to property and resisting a peace officer. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.
Criminal Damage to Vehicle

- A vehicle's tire was punctured in the 200 block of South Monroe sometime between 10 a.m. July 22 and 10 p.m. July 30.
DUI
- Hernan Cortez, 23, Cicero, was arrested at 11:29 p.m. Aug. 5 at Route 83 and 55th Street for DUI-alcohol and failure to signal.

- Nickolas Johnson, 34, Naperville, was arrested at 12:38 a.m. Aug. 8 at Mobil Gas Station, 8 W. Chicago Ave., for criminal trespassing, resisting/obstructing an officer and aggravated battery of a protected class.
