The top-paid teacher was eighth on the district's compensation list.

HINSDALE, IL – The top-paid employee at Hinsdale High School District 86 in the 2022-23 school year was then-Superintendent Tammy Prentiss, whom the board ousted in June.
Prentiss made $264,257, a third more than the next highest-paid employee.
The highest-paid teacher was Anna Breig. At eighth on the list, she made $164,634. Her brother, Marvin Breig, was ninth on the list, at $163,707. Both are science teachers at Hinsdale Central.
