Trespassing, Damage To Houses: Hinsdale Cops
A drunk woman refused to leave a property in town, police said.

HINSDALE, IL – Hinsdale police released their latest blotter Tuesday. Here is information from the reports:
Trespassing
- Angela M. Mueller, 46, of Woodridge, was arrested about 8 p.m. April 19 on a charge of criminal trespass to property. According to a police report, an intoxicated Mueller refused to leave a property. She was released and given a date to appear in court.

- A package valued at $108 was stolen about 1:30 a.m. Friday from the doorstep of a house in the 800 block of West Maple Street.
Damage
- A front window was damaged about 3 p.m. April 19 at a house in the 700 block of South Jackson Street. The damage was estimated at $900. It was reported two days later.
- A front window was damaged about 11 p.m. Saturday at a house in the 200 block of North Quincy Street. The damage was estimated at $500.
Fraud

- Someone altered payee information on checks and attempted to deposit them March 27. The victim in the 100 block of Symonds Drive told police he had mailed the checks, but they were intercepted and forged. He filed the report Friday.
- A resident in the 300 block of South Lincoln Street told police April 19 that someone tried to withdraw money from the resident's bank account. The case is pending.
Driving violations
- Shanicqua Speight, 25, of Gary, Indiana, was cited about 1 a.m. Thursday at Ogden Avenue and Interstate 294 on charges of driving with a suspended license, driving an uninsured vehicle and speeding. She was released and given a date to appear in court.
- Kerry Smith, 28, of Chicago, was cited about 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Ogden Avenue and Vine Street on charges of no valid driver's license, improper use of registration and failure to signal when changing lanes. Smith was released and given a date to appear in court.
- Lynda M. Halbert, 51, of Oak Lawn, was cited about 3 p.m. Sunday at Ogden Avenue and York Road on charges of driving with a revoked license, driving an uninsured vehicle and driving with a suspended registration. She was released and given a date to appear in court.
