Trespassing, DUIs: Hinsdale Police Reports

The following items were taken from the Hinsdale police blotter. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Criminal Trespassing

• A known suspect was seen at a residence he was ordered not to be at 3:26 p.m. Jan. 31 in the 300 block of South Washington. The suspect left the area in a taxi after the witness confronted him.

Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by Person Under 21

• A 16-year-old male juvenile of Hinsdale was observed to be under the influence of alcohol at 11:54 p.m. Feb. 3 in the 100 block of East Ogden and also resisted/obstructed an officer by running away. He was released to his parents.

DUI

• Dwayne Talbert, 49, of Chicago, was arrested at 2:21 a.m. Feb. 3 at Ogden and Route 83 for DUI-alcohol and improper parking on roadway.
• Dennis Petroskus, 68, of Willowbrook, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. Feb. 5 at County Line Road and Pamela Circle for DUI-alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
