Two Cars Stolen, DUIs: Hinsdale Police Reports

The following items were taken from the Hinsdale police blotter. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Disorderly Conduct
- A known suspect came to the door of a residence in the 700 block of East Seventh Street at 1 a.m. July 25 and kicked over two planters on his front porch.

- Someone driving a dark-colored BMW hit the victim's car and drove away when the victim requested a police report at Route 83 and 55th Street at 9:30 p.m. July 25.
Theft
- Someone stole a key from work equipment that was being loaded onto a trailer in the 700 block of York at 9:03 a.m. July 28. The victim reported two males got out of a black pick-up truck and were standing around the trailer when the key went missing.
DUI

- Patricia Ridgeway, 60, of the 400 block of Quincy Street, was arrested at 9:51 p.m. July 27 for DUI-alcohol and disobeying a stop sign.
- Christopher Atkins, 27, of La Grange Park, was arrested at 3:07 a.m. July 29 at Ogden and Elm for DUI-alcohol, speeding and improper lane use.
Motor Vehicle Theft
- A 2018 Mercedes G63 AMG was stolen from the victim's driveway in the 900 block of Cleveland Road at 2 a.m. July 29. The victim reported her purse, containing a key for the stolen vehicle, was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the driveway. The stolen car was recovered by Chicago Police on July.
- A 2012 BMW X5 was stolen from a driveway in the 500 block of South Lincoln sometime between 9 p.m. July 30 and 8 a.m. July 31. There were no signs of a forced entry and the keys were inside the vehicle.
