HINSDALE, IL — The weekend brought more accolades for Hinsdale Central High School, according to a school news release. Its speech team won the sectional title and took first place in several categories.
Meanwhile, wrestlers Ron Kruse and Cody Tavaso from Hinsdale Central qualified for state by finishing in second place in their weight classes.
And the chess team from Central finished with a record of 6-1-1, with its only loss coming at the hands of eventual state champion Stevenson High School.
