Westmont Hotel Shooting Leaves 1 Injured: Police
The victim was taken to the hospital, where she was reported in stable condition, police said.

WESTMONT, IL — A person was shot Wednesday night at the Hilton Oak Brook Hills in Westmont, police said.
About 8 p.m., officers were called to the hotel at 3500 Midwest Road because of shots fired. Officers found a female victim with a gunshot wound to the leg and began administering aid, police said in a statement. Westmont paramedics arrived and took her to Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, where she remained in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries late Wednesday night, police said.
Police said they were actively investigating the incident, which is believed to be isolated. No suspect has been identified yet, police said.
