Woman Sues Nursing Home in Hinsdale for Husband's Wrongful Death
The lawsuit alleges the nursing home didn't didn't give proper care, rehab and therapy to her husband.
A woman is suing over claims that a Hinsdale nursing home caused the wrongful death of her husband in 2014.
Margaret M. Koucky filed a lawsuit in Cook County against Manorcare of Hinsdale LLC, HCR IV Healthcare LLC and HCR Manorcare Health Services LLC, doing business as Manorcare Health Services LLC, according to the Cook County Record.
Koucky claims in the suit that the nursing home didn’t give proper care, rehab and therapy to her husband, leading to his death, the Record reported.
