York Road Businesses Burglarized: Hinsdale Police Blotter
Police in Hinsdale have made multiple driving under the influence arrests in recent days.
The following information is from the Hinsdale Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.
DUI
Michael A. Slonek, 32, of Western Springs was stopped in the 700 block of North York Road at 2:02 a.m. on Feb. 16 and was charged with DUI - alcohol and disobeying a traffic control device.

Slobodan Trabuk, 25, of Darien was stopped at Route 83 and 55th Street at 1:44 a.m. on Feb. 17 and charged with DUI - alcohol and improper lane usage.
Gregory W. Smith, 60, of Westmont was stopped at 55th and Quincy streets at 10:22 p.m. on Feb. 16 and charged with DUI - alcohol, improper lane usage and speeding.

Burglary
Hua-Ting, 777 N. York Road, and iDesign Salon, 777 N. York Road, were the victims of a burglary that occurred at some time between 5:20 p.m. on Feb. 16 and 11:50 a.m. on Feb. 17. The owners of the businesses discovered the entrance doors were smashed. Reported missing from the businesses was $907 currency and $713 in checks.
