Join us with artist, Brittany Caldwell, as she guides you through an exploration of your creativity using watercolor paint on paper.&nbsp; This event is for any level of painting experience; especially if it can be your first time and you’d like to meet your inner artist!&nbsp;
All supplies will be provided, including a botanical image to color as you’d like.&nbsp;
Bring your yoga mat and comfortable clothes for sitting, as we will be painting at floor level.&nbsp;
Painting time will begin with a brief demonstration. Meditation will be included along the creative process. We’ll conclude with socializing among the artwork!&nbsp;

In our modern world, many of us spend our days hunched over screens, holding tension in the shoulders, chest, and spine. Over time, this posture quietly signals the nervous system to remain in a guarded state — limiting breath, constricting energy flow, and creating emotional and physical stagnation in the body.
Open the Channel: A Nervous System Reset is a guided experience designed to gently reset the body and restore the natural flow of energy through the spine and nervous system.
Through intentional posture, breath, movement, and sound healing, we will open the front of the body, release stored tension, and realign the energetic channel that connects the crown, heart, and root. As the nervous system settles, the body becomes a clearer vessel for intuition, healing, and deeper awareness.
This workshop blends somatic awareness, subtle energy practices, and sound healing to help you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm and return to a state of calm, clarity, and openness.
This experience is accessible for anyone — whether you are new to energy work or already on a healing journey.
